Shipping Policy

• All orders are handcrafted to order and require 3-5 business days for production before shipping.

• Exception: Ready-to-ship items (marked on product pages) dispatch within 1-2 business days.

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

• Delays due to customs, weather, or strikes are beyond our control but we’ll assist where possible.

Your order arrives in:

• Recycled paper stuffing

• Biodegradable mailers

• Hand-stamped fabric pouches (reusable!)

• Report within 7 days of delivery to support@kechpeti.org with photos.

• We’ll replace or refund at no cost.

No shipping on:

• Ugandan public holidays

• Annual artisan break (Dec 20–Jan 5)

• Uganda: Free local delivery (2-4 business days).

• East Africa: $15 via DHL/Aramex (5-8 business days).

• International: $25 via DHL Express (10-15 business days).
  Customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
